We handle every aspect of the project, from the initial design phase through construction and end-user occupancy. Throughout, we facilitate communication between all parties and meet the needs and interest of the Owner.
Multifamily
Our multifamily division specializes in working with ownership geared towards value add properties. We seek to help our clients identify prospective properties, help them with pre construction services such as preliminary budgets, CapEx requirements, creative design and consulting services to ensure they are getting their desired returns. Our assembly line approach ensures consistency and minimal days off market to help increase and stabilize the asset.
Pre-construction Consulting
Coltcam will provide pre-construction services to help meet a client’s vision as well as match their construction budget. These services will make sure a project is feasible on a given site and enable the client to investigate some more cost-effective options. Our approach also incorporates input from project stakeholders such as the client, architect, and engineers, which allows each team member becomes more invested and accountable to the project milestones. Once developed, our scheduling services help project field staff to better understand the work sequence and expectations. Schedules are controlled through established communication with stakeholders, weekly meetings, look-ahead schedules, and plans that details the sequence of all tasks.
Development
Coltcam can act in multiple roles within the real estate development cycle, depending on your needs. As a builder, we create value through site identification, by procuring optimal entitlements, and directing the design, construction, and leasing of assets positioned to meet the needs of the market or user.
