Marcus has an extensive portfolio that he has personally funded, managed, and developed from start to finish. He provides a detailed approach when evaluating real estate opportunities, and has a comprehensive understanding of project economics.

Brentt Raybion is the CEO of the family owned and operated IICRC certified firm, Heart of Texas Restoration, LLC. Where he strives to help reduce the stress communities face after an unfortunate event. Whether it be fire damage, water damage or Mold remediation he and his crew is ready to take on the challenge. Performing water extraction, demo, application of an antimicrobial, dry outs, and documentation in residential and commercial projects. He has been one of the first on seen after many Hurricanes: Francis, Jeanne, Katrina, Ike, Harvey, Florence, Tropical Depression Imelda, and currently Ian.
He has over 22 years’ experience in remediation work. With his IICRC certification as a Mold Remediation Contractor, License # MRC1705. Along with his IICRC Certifications in Applies Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Fire/Smoke Damage Restoration and Odor Control. As an added protection he has Certificate Liability Insurance and a Certification in American Policyholder Association.

Melissa Chamrad
Melissa has a combined 24 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry and has been involved in all areas of the development process. She has advised owners and investors in developing office, retail, restaurant, mixed-use, and multi-family projects. Her contributions range from negotiating land contributions, financial analysis and project financing to managing ground up entitlement, design and execution through construction.
As a former CFO, her background in finance and accounting provides a detailed approach to evaluating real estate opportunities and a comprehensive understanding of project economics. Her understanding of the strategic components of a project and the important sequencing of key milestones provide a unique attention to detail for clients.
